HydraFacial

HydraFacial is a non-invasive, multi-step facial treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin of the face & neck. It targets clogged pores, blackheads, dryness, dullness, and uneven skin tone. Extractions are virtually painless due to the gentle vacuum technology.

Our Signature HydraFacial includes dermaplaning, massage, manual extractions (if needed), mask, and sun protection.

For those looking to maintain a healthy, radiant complexion year-round, HydraFacial treatments are best done every 4 to 6 weeks as part of a consistent skincare routine.

HydraFacial can also be done seasonally or before important events to deeply cleanse, hydrate, and refresh your skin with lasting results.

LED Light Treatment

LED lights therapy can enhance our Signature HydraFacial for individuals targeting signs of aging (red light) or those with acne-prone skin (blue light):

Red LED light: Stimulates collagen production, reduces inflammation, and helps improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles—great for anti-aging and overall skin rejuvenation.
Blue LED light: Helps kill acne-causing bacteria, reduce inflammation, and prevent future breakouts—ideal acne-prone skin.

LED light therapy is painless, non-invasive, and has no downtime.

The "No-Peel Peel"

FACTORFIVE’s Renew Dermal Solution is an advanced, two-step in-office treatment designed to rejuvenate skin by combining chemical exfoliation with stem cell growth factors. Dubbed the “No-Peel-Peel,” it offers the benefits of a chemical peel without the typical peeling, discomfort and extended downtime.

This treatment combines trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide, kojic acid, and peptides to gently exfoliate and brighten the skin. Unlike traditional peels, it works beneath the surface without causing visible peeling or irritation. This is followed by a calming solution that soothes and supports the skin using stem cell factors, copper peptides, and botanical extracts to reduce inflammation and promote healing.

This treatment targets a range of skin concerns, including fine lines, enlarged pores, sun damage, discoloration, melasma, and even stretch marks or mild scarring. It’s suitable for all skin types and doesn’t increase photosensitivity, making it a convenient choice year-round.

Treatments are typically done as a series of 4 every 7-10 days. However, patients do see results after just one.

Lymphatic Massage Therapy

Lymphatic Massage Therapy is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system, helping to reduce swelling, eliminate toxins, improve circulation, and promote overall skin clarity and de-puffing.

There’s no downtime, and most patients feel relaxed and notice visible ”de-puffing” and brighter skin immediately after. Lymphatic massage can be done as often as weekly or bi-weekly, or as needed for detox, post-travel, or pre-event glow.

After a facelift, lymphatic massage can help reduce swelling, improve circulation and can be started as soon as a few days after a facelift once cleared by your surgeon.

Microneedling

Microneedling with Rejuvapen is an effective treatment for improving skin texture, reducing fine lines, and treating acne scars, but they differ in their approach.

Traditional microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries that stimulate collagen production and enhance skin rejuvenation. Downtime is minimal, with redness and mild swelling for 1 to 2 days.

After the initial series of treatments, patients typically return either annually or twice annually for maintenance.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive exfoliating treatment that uses a sterile, medical grade exfoliating blade to gently remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz. Dermaplaning will not make your facial hair grow back thicker or darker—this is a common myth. The treatment only removes soft, fine peach fuzz (called vellus hair), which grows back just as it was before: the same color, texture, and rate.

When done as a stand-alone procedure, the face is cleansed, treated, and then moisturized. This treatment allows for better absorption of skincare products and smoother makeup application.

There is no significant downtime, with most patients experiencing no redness or irritation, although some may have mild sensitivity for a few hours.
